2014The Aero Girls

Adam Tomlinson's been to see an archive of portraits of Aero Girls from a 1950s advertising campaign by York chocolate-maker Rowntrees. Pictured are Drucilla Gabbott and her daughter Alice, with a painting of Drucilla's Mum, painted by her artist Dad for the campaign. The exhibition is at the University of York.
